I used to never have a problem but as of this year I have had a replacement debit card put in someone else's mailbox and my money was stolen off the cars and now I'm waiting on some very important mail for a week and still haven't received it. The mail doesn't take a week to run from Winston-Salem and when I try to call the post office there is never and answer. I let it ring for literally 10 mins no exaggeration. This is completely ridiculous!
Hands down, this is the best Post Office I have ever used. Even in the Christmas rush, with a lobby filled with customers and huge packages to be shipped, the service was quick, friendly and professional. The postal employees at the Randleman NC post office simply cannot be beat. Hats off to this team, and many thanks for the excellent and always reliable service!
Our mail carrier does a great job. I know the mail load determines the arrival time our mail arrives each day, so I'm don't get upset, like some people, when it doesn't arrive the same time each day. My hats off to the carriers, because their job is more stressful than most customers realize. If you receive someone's mail by mistake, just put back in the mail box and raise the flag. This will alert the carrier they made a mistake and I know the carrier will try to do their best to not make the mistake again.
They can't seem to get the mail to me. Keep forwarding it elsewhere. Or the carrier forgets to leave it.
This has always been the postal service I've used! Mostly friendly and helpful postal workers who seem happy to help!!
